I'm (and most girls are) extremely easy to get gifts for on Valentine's Day. However, I have the classic woman problem of finding it very hard to come up with good gifts for my guy each year.
Flowers, candles, chocolates, and jewelry don't really apply to my guy and maybe not yours either. Practical gifts such as socks are always good but lose that fun quality.
That's why I combined a classic Valentine's Day gift (flowers) with a gift that will get some good use (socks).
Here's how I made The Man Bouquet...
To have my sock flowers on green stems I quickly dyed some skewers green with dark green Rit dye, rinsed them, and let them dry.
I laid each sock out so that the heel was pointing up and started rolling it from the toe first to the opening.
Making sure the sock was tightly rolled, I pinned each flower with a pin. Just make sure your guy knows they're in there if you do this.
I used a bit of green tissue paper in a jar to make it a little more pretty. Doesn't it look like leaves?
Then I just stuck each flower in making sure that the pinned side is pointing towards the back.
And that's it! A simple and practical Valentine's Day gift for any guy in your life. I know mine's going to get a kick out of it!

Too cute!! It's always hard to find something for guys!
