I also have this crazy packed to the gills cupboard that I keep my plastic shopping bags in. (I know... It's pretty bad)
So I decided to combine the three and make plastic bag dispensers to go under my kitchen sink and in my craft area. The hole in the top of the wipe container has the little plastic grabbers that work perfectly to keep the bags up and ready to grab. Then with just some spray paint, ribbon, and stickers this is what I came up with.
For the first one all I did for this was peel off the stickers on the outside of the container and give it a good coat of black spray paint. (That's all I had) Then I printed off the bags sign and two little pictures of bags. I added a shiny red ribbon and mod-podged the paper cutouts onto the container.
For the second one I kind of liked the colors and design so I decided not to paint over it. I got those flower cutouts on super clearance at Michaels and I've been dying to use them for something.
You'd really be surprised just how many plastic bags you can stuff into one of those wipe containers. My cabinet now has way more room in it.
